We would like to invite you to our upcoming event: International Biotech Days - 2023 Pécs! Whether you're a member or simply interested, we welcome you to join us!

The Hungarian Biotechnology Students’ Association, in partnership with Cholnoky László College of Advanced Studies, is proud to host this event. We warmly welcome individuals with an interest in this subject matter to join us in this international gathering.

The aim of the event is to create a series of programs that will connect students from Hungary and other countries with various biotech companies. Representatives from a number of companies with a biotechnology profile will present the main profile of their companies and the opportunities they offer, and several experts will give presentations on breakthrough technologies. There will also be an opportunity to gain insight into student research in a session dedicated to their presentations. The aim is to give biotechnology students and students in related fields the opportunity to get to know each other, the companies, institutes, and research groups in their field, and the opportunities they offer.

Other casual activities will be part of the event, including a laboratory visit on Saturday and a friendly game of bowling. We invite everyone to join us in these programs.

The accommodation rates for the event are as follows: 4000 Ft/night for MaBE members 6000 Ft/night for non-members The hostel is called "Jókai Hostel" and is conveniently situated just 500 meters from the event venue.

If you are a student and you would like to present your topic at this conference, you can sign up to present your research topic on the link above. Abstract submission deadline: 2023.09.28.

Szeretettel várunk minden MaBE tagot és érdeklődőt a Pécsen tartandó nemzetközi biotechnológus napokra!

A Magyar Biotechnológus-hallgatók Egyesülete és a László Cholnoky Gyógyszerész és Biotechnológus Szakkollégium által szervezett közös esemény céljául a hazai és külföldi hallgatók és a biotechnológiai profilú cégek közötti kapcsolat megteremtését tűzte ki. Az esemény helyszínéül a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Általános Orvostudományi Kara szolgál. Lehetőséget szeretnénk teremteni arra, hogy a hallgatók különböző társas események során megismerhessék egymást. A szakmai előadások és programpontok célja, hogy a biotechnológiával foglalkozó fiatalok megismerhessék a területen dolgozó kutatóintézetek, laborok és cégek által kínált lehetőségeket. Az eseményen számos biotechnológiai profillal rendelkező cég képviselője mutatja be vállalatát és az általa kínált lehetőségeket, illetve több szakember fog előadást tartani az úttörő technológiákról. Emellett lehetőség lesz betekintést nyerni a hallgatók kutatói tevékenységébe is egy külön nekik kialakított programpont keretében. Az eseménysorozat részei lesznek további kötetlenebb és közösségi programok, például a szombati nap során lehetőség lesz laborlátogatáson és egy barátságos bowlingozáson részt venni.
